Place of birth¬
The hills of Modena, about 170 meters above sea level. My vine is Grasparossa and I have an alcohol content of 12.0%
Development¬
I combine the joy of being with people and a particular attention to detail. The grapes are immediately brought to vinification. The berries are open: juice and peels in pressure for a few hours to a very cool temperature. The sparkling process follows a slow process of at least 40 days which makes an elegant, fine and fragrant pearl.
Character and style¬
I present myself with delicacy but I am bold and complex. I like being refined, fresh, with a fine and persistent perlage.
